As each ceremony is a special event created for you, in partnership with you, it is very difficult for me to give a general price.
The examples below will give you a general idea but I will always give a full quote and cost breakdown after our first meeting.
Wedding / Handfasting start from £650 and include:
- Introduction meeting
- Planning meetings as required
- Email, phone, skype contacts
- Advice on readings, music and local suppliers as needed
- Draft ceremony and ample opportunity for amendments
- Rehearsal at venue
- Keepsake copy of final ceremony
- Conducting the ceremony
- All mileage up to 15 miles from my home on Dartmoor (extra mileage at 45p/mile)
A written quote will be given once we have discussed your specific requirements.
I’m booked to you for the whole day, so can be flexible if there are delays such as important guests not arriving or passing showers causing problems for outdoor services.
Extras costs: there are often no additional costs, but if your dream ceremony includes such things as me wearing a themed outfit or a dawn ceremony requiring overnight accommodation or indeed if you would like me to manage the overall planning of the event then I can give you a separate quote for these items.
Funeral/memorial services standard fee £250 includes:
- Meeting with the bereaved to discuss their wishes for the service
- Advice to enable the family to write any words they would like to say at the funeral
- Discussion to enable me to craft some words to say on the family or friends behalf about the person who’s funeral I will be conducting
- All subsequent contact by email or phone
- Writing a bespoke service with as much input from the family as is wished
- Provision of a keepsake copy of the service
- Advice on music, readings or poems
- Signposting to other local suppliers such as florists if required
- Liaison with the Funeral Director
- Mileage up to 15 miles from my home on Dartmoor is included (extra mileage at 45p/mile)
If the venue is outdoors or family wish to take an active part in the funeral or memorial service then a site visit /rehearsal can be arranged.
